Officers are deployed in line with SIA licensing requirements for the role, and every deployment is covered by a written assignment instruction agreed with you before it begins.

Private security is a licensed trade in the UK. We do not put anyone on your site who cannot show the badge on their arm and the paperwork behind it.
SIA licensed officers
Front line licences under the Private Security Industry Act — Security Guarding, Door Supervision or CCTV as the assignment requires. Licence numbers supplied with the quote and re-checked at renewal.
BS 7858 screening
Right to work in the UK, identity, employment history and references verified before a first shift, and kept on file for audit.
Public liability insurance
Cover in place for every deployment, with the certificate available on request before officers attend site.
Directly employed, UK based
Our officers are employed by us, based here, and paid through our payroll — not passed down a chain of subcontractors you never meet.
