Physiotherapy and home care, under one team.

Two healthcare services across London: physiotherapy that treats the problem, and home care that supports daily life around it. Both delivered at home, both planned around what someone can still manage.

Independence is the goal. Everything else is a means to it.

Our healthcare arm does two distinct jobs. Physiotherapy works on the underlying problem — the shoulder, the knee, the balance, the strength lost during a hospital stay. Home care supports everything around it: the washing, the medication, the meals, the company. Most people need one. Some need both, and it helps when the two sides talk to each other.

Good support does not take tasks away from someone the moment they get difficult. It works out which parts of getting up, getting dressed and getting out are still possible, keeps those in the person's own hands, and quietly covers the rest.

That approach comes from our chief executive's background as a physiotherapist: assess, set a realistic goal, and review it honestly. Families get a written plan and a named contact rather than a rota of strangers.

Where we work

  • Rehabilitation after surgery, injury or a hospital stay
  • Back, neck, shoulder and joint pain
  • Reduced mobility, balance problems and falls risk
  • Support at home for older adults
  • Long-term conditions needing routine support
  • Respite so family carers get a break
  • Staffing cover for care providers

Regulatory notes for the client, to confirm before this page goes live: Home care — personal care in England is a regulated activity and CQC registration must be in place before it is advertised or delivered. Physiotherapy — "physiotherapist" is a protected title; anyone using it must hold current HCPC registration, and the service should carry clinical indemnity insurance.

What is included

Two services, specified separately.

Take either on its own, or run both together with a single plan and one point of contact.

Physiotherapy

Assessment, hands-on treatment and rehabilitation — in the person's own home

Sessions start with a proper assessment, not a generic exercise sheet. You get a written plan with a goal attached to it — walking to the shop again, getting up the stairs, sleeping without the shoulder waking you — and honest reviews of whether it is working.

  • Assessment and a written treatment plan
  • Rehabilitation after surgery, fracture or hospital discharge
  • Back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee pain
  • Manual therapy and joint mobilisation
  • Mobility, balance and falls prevention
  • Strength and exercise programmes to follow between visits
  • Stroke and neurological rehabilitation support
  • Sports and soft-tissue injury recovery

Home care

Practical daily support, from a short morning call to live-in cover

Visits are built around the household, not around a rota. The same small team wherever possible, so someone arriving knows where the kettle is, which stair is awkward and what a good day looks like for that person.

  • Personal care — washing, dressing and continence support
  • Medication prompts and routine checks
  • Meal preparation and support with eating and drinking
  • Light domestic help, laundry and shopping
  • Companionship, conversation and outings
  • Escorting to appointments
  • Respite so family carers get a genuine break
  • Daytime, evening, overnight and live-in patterns

Taking both together

When physiotherapy and home care run side by side, the exercises set in a session actually get done between visits — the carer knows the plan, and the physiotherapist hears what really happened during the week. It is one plan, one contact and one invoice.

Straight answers

If what someone needs sits outside what we can safely provide — nursing tasks, complex dementia care, anything needing a registration we do not hold — we will say so and point you somewhere better. That conversation costs nothing.

On site

What support looks like.

Getting started

How support is arranged.

An unhurried first conversation

Usually with a family member. What is difficult right now, and what is still going well?

Assessment at home

We visit, look at the practical realities of the house, and talk to the person themselves.

A written plan

Goals, visit times, what each visit covers and who to contact. Shared with the family.

Review as things change

Recovery and decline both move. The plan gets revisited rather than left to drift.

Talking it through first

Most families call before they are certain what they need. That is the right time to call — a conversation costs nothing.

  • No obligation first assessment
  • Physiotherapy on its own, home care on its own, or both
  • Short-term cover during recovery
  • Overnight and live-in options discussed
  • Straight answers on what we cannot provide
